Enterprise Design Thinking Education + Toolkit
I collaborated with designers, developers, subject matter experts, and clients to design and develop scalable education for IBM employees (entry level to executive) and external client organizations to learn and effectively apply design thinking strategies to their team’s everyday work processes. Education taken by majority of IBM employees. Used extensively in sales and consultancy engagements.
