This page shows the state of Applicant Review when the project was finished. Here a recruiter can get insights into their applicant pool and has a door into the insights experience.
Here a recruiter is able to upload a job description and have different ways to add qualification criteria automatically.
Here a recruiter is able to see the applicants information relevant to the criteria they added with additional context.
Here a recruiter is able to add applicants to a short list to review with the hiring manager.
A recruiter can then dig into the details of an applicant.
